Architectural design and the building permit process

The Koçaslanlar and Renault Türkiye Tuzla Service and Storage Facility is a project in an industrial and storage area of the Orhanlı neighbourhood in Tuzla, Istanbul. The programme brings together servicing, maintenance, parking and spare parts storage for heavy vehicles, alongside staff and management offices for Renault Türkiye and Koçaslanlar Holding.

The building is designed for a 10,181 m² site, with 5 storeys in total: 3 above ground and 2 below ground. The total enclosed floor area is 8,500 m². The design brings servicing, storage and office uses together, with outdoor areas arranged to accommodate vehicle circulation and parking.

A.A.Y Mimarlık undertook the architectural design and obtained the building permit in 2025. The architectural design and permit process are complete; construction has not yet started.
